Previously tried all of the Underworks shirts and have been using the Extreme Concealer tank for the past 5 years but it rubbed my skin raw since I wear daily.Have been wearing this tank for 2 full days now even while moving office furniture at work. I am ordering one for each day of the week after I write this review. This shirt provides compression for the chest area but isn't too tight like Underworks. It is a silky material which does not cause discomfort on your skin. Shirt is very lightweight and doesn't stick to my shirts.After wearing the Underworks and experiencing super tight fit I had to get used to the "barely there" feel of this shirt. I'm happy with the compression it provides. I ordered these compression shirts for him to wear under athletic tees (Dri-fit material), like Adidas, Nike, etc. now that he is starting high school. Before you could really see how puffy his chest was and with these he now looks smooth and as if he has nice pecs! He is so much more confident and can finally stand up tall without having to cover his chest with his arms. His doctor said he will outgrow this disorder as he goes through puberty so until then he will continue wearing these. The only complaint I have is that the picture shows gray and black, but we received two white shirts. My son says they are also a bit tough to get on and they tend to ride up if he doesn't tuck them in (they also flatten belly out a little too). His pediatrician was very interested to hear that such tanks were made for this condition.
