## Description

Give your dog a cool treat anytime with the PetSafe Freezable Treat Holding Chilly Penguin toy. Fill the center of the Chilly Penguin with freezable treats like flavored water, chicken broth, yogurt or wet dog food. Place the Chilly Penguin in your freezer overnight and your pooch will have a delicious frozen delight to enjoy the next day. If your dog needs to reach the yummy treat faster, try trimming the snowflake points. Once the points are cut, there is no going back so we recommend trimming only a little at a time and then testing. The rounded base gives the Chilly Penguin a fun and challenging wobble. Stack multiple Chilly Penguins on top of one another to save on freezer space. Once your dog is done playing, the Chilly Penguin toy can be easily cleaned by putting it in the top rack of your dishwasher. PetSafe brand is here to help you and your pet LIVE HAPPY TOGETHER.

Review: Perfect for teething puppy - One of the best purchases we have made for our teething puppy! It also helps as a treat for when we have to step out of the house for a bit. I just fill it with some fruit and Greek yogurt and put it in the freezer for when I need it! Our mini Goldendoodle approves!☺️
Review: An Ice Cream Cone for Dogs Who Have Never Paid Taxes - Bought this for my dog thinking it would provide “a few minutes of enrichment.” It became an event. The second I pulled this thing out of the freezer, my dog reacted like I had personally returned from a heroic quest carrying the sacred treasure of his ancestors. Absolute full-body joy. Olympic-level tail wagging. The rubber feels sturdy, the opening is easy to fill, and freezing treats inside keeps him occupied long enough for me to answer emails, drink coffee, and briefly remember who I was before becoming a full-time employee of a small furry creature. I’ve filled it with peanut butter, yogurt, treats, and one regrettable attempt involving pumpkin puree that turned my kitchen into a seasonal crime scene. Best part: it’s durable enough to survive enthusiastic chewing without immediately looking like it lost a fight with a lawn mower. Five stars. My dog now stares at the freezer with religious devotion.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: how much does the large one hold?**
A: Approximately 4 tablespoons.

**Q: What specifically is this made out of? It says rubber but smells like a type of plastic.**
A: Thank you for this question! This toy is made of rubber. A natural vanilla scent is added, as most customers prefer this to the natural scent of the rubber; we do apologize if this is not to your preferences.

**Q: What kind of treats do you put in this ?**
A: Thank you for asking about this! You could place any treats of your choice that will fit within this penguin. Many customers use this particular toy to freeze dog safe chicken broth, yogurt, peanut butter, and a variety of other smearable/freezable treats.

**Q: The penguins I purchased last year seem to be sized in between these two sizes. Mine are 4x6. Have the sizes changed?**
A: Thank you for this question. The sizing has not changed recently. Our medium/large Chilly Penguin measures 4.25in W x 5.91in H x 1.96in D.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Ice Cream Cone for Dogs Who Have Never Paid Taxes

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally something for the petite pooch!
*by R***E on September 6, 2025*

My dogs range in size from 6 to 17 lb. Most treat dispensers are way too big. This is the perfect size. And it's well- constructed solid quality. I have one Pooch who's quite destructive and he cannot tear this up as the rubber is quite thick and heavy duty. The other cool thing is if you have multiples of these you can fill them and stack them so they don't take up a whole lot of space in the freezer, refrigerator or cabinet. You can do wet or dry treats or a combination. Because of the design it can be a little difficult to clean. Best thing to do is soak it and if you have a soft bristle brush, scrub it down and then wash it. This fits in all my dog's crates. It keeps them occupied especially when I freeze peanut butter or wet food and it's a nice royal blue color. It's only a few dollars and so I consider it to be a great value.
