The quality of this bag was so bad. I put a fire near it to see if it worked, and it promptly melted. Regardless of where it was made, it does not work. **Q: What are the Inside dimensions?** A: 14.2*10.6*4 inches **Q: Does work to file letter size documents?** A: You can file letter size documents in this bag, but I would not use it on a daily basis. It’s more useful as a travel bag, for work or temporary storage bag. It has an all around zipper.
