I mix mine, then let it sit for 10 minutes before drinking it, and then one more quick shake and it seems to be a much more consistent mix. Also, and this is normally obvious but it never hurts to say again, but do not chug this unless you want to get sick while feeling like your brain is vibrating. I like the Strawberry Kiwi and Mandarin Orange flavors, the others that I've tried (Black Cherry specifically) are a bit too sugary/syrupy-tasting for me.

Definitely helps recovery after workouts. Dissolves super easy and gives a little boost to help you power through your day after a grueling workout. Taste is great as well, especially when mixed with the vanilla protein sold by Jym. It's like drinking and Orange Creamsicle!

Delicious! Tastes like a normal drink you would buy just for the flavor. Very smooth, not chunky or grainy. I've tried transparent labs, old school labs, and gold standard as well as many others. This post workout is the most complete as far as suppliments, and the most flavorful. (Mandarin Orange) The only thing I would say is don't down it all at once, drink it over a period of 15-20 minutes as the Beta Aline in it will make you itchy if not drank slowly. Will definitely purchase again.
