Much like the U.K original version each character has an episode centered on them while the the overall story is still going on. Many people do not like this incarnation of skins and will say the U.K version is better. I personally prefer this one better. Many of the U.S versions characters are extremely similar to the U.K versions but Tea, the U.S version of Maxxie, in my opinion is not only more interesting than her U.K counterpart but also than all of the series 1 U.K version.
