This knife though, is the biz, it feels solid in the hand, has an edge like a honed razor out of the box and is a real pleasure to use in the kitchen. Sometimes you do have to shell out for quality, in this instance you really do get what you paid for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful knife. This knife is almost identical but with some very minor differences in the handle, bolster and heel. Although the variations were small, it did make a difference, so much that this just feels better and more balanced in my hand than the Zwilling.Downside, and it's a really small thing; the packaging was pretty weak considering this knife was well over £100.
