Having said that...THIS AMP IS A BEAST! It delivers clean and relentless power. Even with the SoCal heatwave these past few weeks, I'm running it full tilt to and from work without ANY issues. The amp itself weighs twice as much as my old 800 watt Skar amps combined. Solid build, plenty of features and I have another one sitting in my closet for an eventual "strapping" scenario. The amp is a bit pricey compared to others with the same wattage, but the power output and quality is second to none. Still waiting to do a power test, but at a constant 14.4v, this amp is absolutely putting out well over 2,000 watts, without a doubt.
