The EVER-FRESH pillow consists of billions of tiny chambers that are saturated with water. Fill the lower level of the water reservoir case with clean water, make sure the plastic tray is in place, and set the saturated pillow on top of the tray. Close the lid. We recommend replacing your EVER-FRESH pillow every 3 months to maintain maximum protection.
