A: It depends, if you turn off the torch and back on again in 5 seconds, it will change to the next mode. if over 5 seconds, it will turn back to full brightness.

**Q: Does it include batteries? Can the rechargeable battery be charged while in the torch?**
A: No, there is no battery included. And there is no charging function with the torch, so the rechargeable battery can't be charged while in the torch. You need to charge the rechargeable battery with a battery charger.
