Review: It’s worth every drop - This brewer has a learning curve, but so does this style of brewing. I love it even though it challenges me. It’s easy to clean, lacks plastic parts, and the concentrate I get is enough to last me until I set it up for another batch. It’s a nice size for the amount of coffee and water and it easily fits on my counter or in the fridge. I was so tired of cleaning grounds out of my immersion style brewing setup. This brewer allows you to push the funnel of used ground right out of the chamber. All the parts are easily cleaned. The drip function is finicky but even expensive Kyoto brewers have similar issues, so it’s a common occurrence. It’s worth the effort to figure out the drip function. I love it.

Necesita cafés de alta calidad, nivel premium o de especialidad en tuestes medios y medios claros, nunca un tueste de espresso ni mucho menos un tueste oscuro. Sinceramente, creo que no es para todos.

This brewer has a learning curve, but so does this style of brewing. I love it even though it challenges me.
