It's almost a year since I did this project, but if I remember correctly, 1 set did the whole chair. Just look into the description (a 4 pack does one chair, which I think is how they come). **Q: what is the warranty?** A: Warranty on a cord, I don’t know, I think it would depend on the use and weight of a person sitting in chair. lol **Q: What is the diameter of each cord?** A: Not exactly sure, but they are designed for the basic zero gravity chair holes. They worked very well to repair ours; however, you will think they are not long enough. It took two of us to pull, stretch, and believe that they actually were, and eventually got the chair repaired.
