Added 3 eggs (just because I could( and a lil water. EZ to mix up. I'm single so made 3 meals of the batter. Toads in a hole twice and roast beef, mushrooms, onions cooked in a lil brown gravy. Ya gotta: - chill your batter - pre heat oven to 425° - melt oil or crisco in small foil pans (Dollartree) - pour in some batter - bake 20-25 minutes - NO PEEKING! Dump on the plate! So good.
