Review: Perfect - I was looking for an av amp with good hdmi switching and audio pass through, however it seems that they don’t make them, even units costing £1000s. I saw this and I can now have 4 inputs, sent to 4 rooms, I have remotes in each room to change the input that is being sent to that room. Brilliant. Lounge still has my old av amp now in direct mode. Now I use my Xbox as a media centre, with Netflix and Plex. I was sceptical at first, however this 4x4 hdmi switch is perfect.

**Q: I want to connect a roku ultra to one input and supply that signal to a 4k tv and an older denon avr. will this switch still pass the 4k to the tv?**
A: Yes, it will. I have two inputs; one being an Apple TV and the other being a cable box. I also have two outputs, which are a 4K 65” TV and a Samsung sound bar/subwoofer. This works fantastically. 4K output on the TV.

**Q: Can i use a 100ft fiber optic hdmi cable on one of the outputs with no issues?**
A: I believe you can use 100 foot cord you may get some lag i use a 50 foot HDMI cord with my orei 2x2 Matrix switcher box and have no problems

**Q: The computers plugged in to the device only see the matrix as a 1080p capable device.  How do you get windows to see it as a 4k device?**
A: Connect your 4K tv to the output 1 and set the EDID dip switches on the matrix to 1100.

**Q: Can this output 1080p@120hz? Description mentions 4k and 2k @ 60HZ but what about 1080p?**
A: No, it doesn't support 1080@120hz output.

I was looking for an av amp with good hdmi switching and audio pass through, however it seems that they don’t make them, even units costing £1000s. Needed this to be able to send cable tv, dvd and Roku streaming stick to the TV in the lounge and also via. Wireless system to another room. After some research I settled on this product and have not been disappointed, so far, as only had it a week. Easy to set up, and so far works well, with improved picture and sound quality.
