It's simple to use, non fussy, and so far it hasn't broken (in one week), which is more than you can say for most of the tat you find on Amazon. I measured the voltage with a voltmeter, and it was producing 20V at 2mA. Some potential improvements could be a smaller device, it feels light and plastic like, so presumably there is room for improvement there. Also a rechargeable battery would be good, but you can get around this by just buying a 9v rechargeable battery from Amazon. Maybe a carry case would be nice too. However, let's be honest, we are depressed so do we honestly care about any of this little stuff, if it helps with depression or whatever, then who cares about what it looks like, we have bigger issues to care about.
