Of course they don't contain everything, and are no substitute for good books, audio language CDs/mp3s, etc. But they're a tremendous supplement and refresher; I use mine a lot when I commute on the train. They're easy to get out and put away, and find your place, so they're great for repeated brief reviews when you have a minute.
