This remote does come with 1 IR extender which is a cable that plugs into the back of the hub and has an IR blaster on the other end that you can put in front of a device that is inside a cabinet or just not in the line of sight of the hub. The hub has 2 spots for this to plug in on the back so if your need to purchase another IR extender cable, that can be done. I love this remote.
