I sort my designs by vendor and I use the iMac file tag feature to attach a category to the file name. I now have a visually searchable design database that really helps me get to the fun part and start stitching. Review: This is a real time-saver for machine embroidery. So easy to install and use and you can actually see a thumbnail of your file rather than just a file name. Could not function without this program! Looking through hundreds of files without seeing a picture is impossible. Worth every penny. So instead of just seeing the name of the file you see the actual design as an icon in your folder. It's bern a lifesaver for me because you don't have to open the design to see what it is. **Q: I have macos big sur and have it on icons.. i went to help on embrillance and downloaded a file that i was told would fix it. nope?** A: Turn in a ticket to Embrilliance techs. Also, have you granted full disk access? Have you chosen the file extensions that you want to see? I had problems at first with Mac's updates, but tech walked me through what I needed to do. I have a very, very very ,large collection of deisgns** A: Since designs are not stored on the software, so there is no limitations that I can see. This software allows me to see my thousands of embroidery designs in small to large icons.
