I like that it stands on its own when placed on the floor. and it is well designed with space for everything I need. It looks professional and the quality is much better than other backpacks I have had. It is comfortable when walking to work and is great when traveling (I slide it on the handle of my carryon). Travelpro has a pretty decent reputation so I gave it a try. When I received it, I was impressed with the sturdy durability and the extensive pockets available as well as the top loading area, that is until I unpacked the stuffing inside. The bag seemed to have lost it's shape and the fabric now appeared in feel to be very thin and flimsy. I took it on one trip and mid trip I was resigned to returning it. Although the functionality was spot on, unfortunately the durability was not. I did not have confidence in the integrity of the fabric or its zippers.
