These Pull Up Assistance Bands have been a great upgrade for our workouts! We had been using the traditional rubber band-style assists, but over time, they would occasionally snap, which is definitely not ideal in the middle of a pull-up. This set feels much more durable and well-constructed, giving us confidence that it will hold up longer with regular use. The bands are highly adjustable, making it easy to customize the level of assistance based on your strength or progress. They are also comfortable to use and easy to install, which adds to their convenience. So far, they’ve been performing excellently, and we’re very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend these for anyone looking to improve their pull-up game safely and effectively!

So far it seems to work well. With the help of this product I can do pull ups and I believe that it will eventually get me to the point where I will not need the assistance. One important thing that they don't mention is that if you are fat (like me) this is very uncomfortable to use shirtless. I prefer to work out shirtless, (especially at home) and this product rubs very hard against your belly if it protrudes in front of you like mine does. The solution to this problem is, of course, to wear a shirt tucked firmly into your shorts. It can be annoying.
