Installation wasn't too bad - remove old screen, switch two ribbon cables from the old screen to the new, and tape the new screen to the tablet chassis. One of the two ribbon cables was a little finicky about connecting, but ultimately did so after the third or fourth reseating, so don't give up if you don't at first succeed!
