Diff Patient onto Conrad's normocephalic shiny dome. Let's begin with the book this is the fourth edition and I was kind of hoping that it would be packed full of great new information that would be helpful for the new modified step 3, but alas disappointment. Like all new versions this book is pretty much just like the old ones with maybe a couple of new pictures and a few new words tossed it ultimately making little to no difference. Sure did Conrad throw in handfuls of useless step one references and the answer is yes, but are these references useful for your exam the answer is no. You're better off rereading your first aid from step one.Now if you're a real sucker like myself you'll shell out even more money to pay for Conrad's mastering the boards video lectures for step 3. Where you can see Conrad and a few of his buddies literally read you MTB step 3 book. Audible could do a better job and would be much more affordable. You would hope that they would throw in lots of new information in these video lectures but unfortunately the videos are pretty much then reading the book word for word. Occasionally, a new photo or diagram, but ultimately nothing useful and nothing special. Conrad repeatedly tells you the video lectures are more up to date than the newest fourth edition MTB book but he's constantly lying as so many of his videos are not up to date compared to some of the literature in the book. At the very least he is bubbly and entertaining to watch, which is something you can't say about the other two readers. Ultimately, this product is a disappointment and I wish I had a different product to recommend but I do not. If you use this product you may pass but you most definitely won't kickass. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works for both step 2 and 3, got a 260 on step 2 *by B***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 27, 2020* Great book, you do not even need the newest edition. This one works great. Got me a 260 on step 2 with just 2 weeks of studying from this and Uworld. Love the review and its only the perfect amount of the most relevant information you need for success on step. Some sections are very dry to read. There are some nice charts and tables which can facilitate cramming.1st Update: After reading a couple of chapters, I found some formatting errors in some tables and texts, which makes it confusing which one is which.2nd update: After reading a few chapters now, there are some errors. These kind of errors should have been avoided, especially for being 4th edition.
