Just a short time of stretching seems to realign my back, improve my posture, and eliminate discomfort. Lying down on the bench before stretching isn't a problem, but getting back up afterward is a little more challenging. After trying a couple of different methods, I have now found what works for me. I only gave 3 stars for ease of use and comfort, but that is not to imply it detracts from the bench. It took some experimenting to find the best option. Initially I didn't use the cervical strap, but eventually found that using it enhanced the stretch. And, for sure it isn't comfortable, but that is what encourages the relaxation that helps loosen muscles to relieve the tension. My husband originally found this bench to use for his back. Now we both use it and got one for our son.

**Q: what is the exact size of the packaging?**
A: 51” x 6.5” x 14”

**Q: How does the neck get stretched?**
A: There’s an adjustable bar at the head where you can adjust the tension on the neck.  I’m still on the fence about this device. It works pretty good for me but my husband who is 5’11” and 200lbs is having a difficult time adjusting it and feeling an adequate stretch.

**Q: 2 Questions, If a lbs meter is installed between the neck strap and the bungee, how many pounds of force is good? Can you pull neck without the armpit**
A: It’s not a crazy amount of pounds but it’s plenty enough to get your neck right one of my workers use it to help out his neck? It actually cracks his. I mainly use it for my back very seldom use it on my neck. But yes you can use it without the armpits

**Q: When i use my newly arrived stamina inline unit, it seems to pull my back much more than my neck.  how do i set it to have more traction on my neck?**
A: It takes time to acclimate the body to stretching. When you slowly open up areas of the body, the rest can start to stretch too. Everyone is different but the main rules to follow are to not try to stretch too much too fast. Over days and weeks you will feel changes as your body gets acclimated.
