I have absolutely no idea. **Q: Can I use paper filters with the reusable filter (with/instead) though? I have read that paper filters work better and create a different taste.** A: Yes you can use a paper filter, but I prefers to use it instead of the reusable filter coz both filters could affect the taste and cause it too light. I don’t know if the paper filter better than the reusable filter or not but the reusable filter materials affect the taste so, I prefers the paper pulse you’ll not have to wash it every time . **Q: Does anyone have an issue as to just how hot the coffee is, after adding just a bit of milk the coffee is drinkable straight away-not that hot?** A: I tend to leave the coffee in the pot on the heated stand for a good twenty minutes before drinking it. It’s piping hot then. **Q: Does it have warranty in UK?** A: Yes Smeg Customer service is excellent in my experience so make sure you register your warranty. My coffee machine developed a problem and I was able to send it back by courier to be mended. It was returned to me once the problem was sorted out.
