They are amazing! The software and the hardware work excellently. And, yes, I hate it when a chef doesn't close a refrigerator tightly and I get an alarm at 2am alerting me of a slightly out of spec temp that I have to immediately go deal with. But I would hate it a lot more if we had to throw food out in the morning. I can also monitor the health of each refrigerator by checking the history and seeing condenser cycle times, defrost times and temperature. This system does all it says it does and it does it very, very well.
