Review: Definitely a must have wireless headphone - Being a loyal technics supporter, I wanted to treat my wife to a new pair of headphones and while not try the new technics EAH-AZ40. Technics products are top of the line in the industry. I am very happy that they have made a comeback. After gifting these to my wife, I had to give it a try to see if technics is as good as it was back in the day. Let me tell you, they still got it. The sound quality is exceptional. For the price you pay for these, you definitely get your money's worth. These things are very comfortable as they sit in your ear very well. When I call my wife on her phone when she has these things in, she sounds crystal clear no matter if she’s out running or if she’s in the store shopping. I would recommend these in a heart beat if anyone is looking for wireless headphone. The rose gold is one of the kind as well that other brands don't really carry which suited my wife very well.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I do the initial setup of the earbuds and connect them to a device?**
A: Once the earbuds are charged, remove from the charging cradle, enable Bluetooth on your device, and select “EAH-AZ40” for pairing. If prompted for a passkey, input “0000” (four zeros). Consult the Operating Instructions for more detail.

**Q: The earbuds are not fitting in my ears properly. How do I get a better fit?**
A: Choose an earpiece size that fits snugly, and twist gently as you insert in your ear for a secure seal. The Technics logo should read straight when they are inserted correctly.

**Q: Can I switch my connection from one Bluetooth Device to another?**
A: Yes! Once you pair your AZ40 earbuds to your devices via Bluetooth (see User Guide) you can connect to your devices through the device settings or through the Technics audio app.

**Q: How do I utilize Touch Controls?**
A: Consult your User Guide for a full key of Touch Controls, including play/pause, voice assistant, receive/reject call, and track forward/back.

**Q: Why does one earbud have better battery life than the other?**
A: The earbud that is removed from the case first starts the Bluetooth pairing process with your devices which may result in a slightly shorter battery life.
