I also feel this was a used product as there were already batteries inside- and the light did not work immediately. I replaced the batteries and seen that one had acid on it - the light did in fact work with the new batteries. The plastic over the light was also quite scratched up, but I needed this light for a project and so I made way with it. Not worth to return it but I hope they do better for future clients ### ⭐⭐⭐ Better than the last set I returned *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on 15 June 2023* I understand that they have to package it so that the battery doesn’t burn out even though it was trying to do that, they could try to do that a better way. I can’t even remove the sticky stuff they used to keep the button pressed. The plastic on the product was not as sturdy. We will keep them as they work properly and we enjoy the original ones that we have. Another disappointment was that they had put wide packing tape directly over the pivot that turns the light on and off (I assume so it wouldn’t get turned on during shipment). When removing the tape, it left very sticky residue. I removed the residue, but it made the pivot look cloudy.
