After asking me a few questions she requested a picture of the filters. she then sent out new filters to me right away, with a tracking number and i received them in the mail within a day or two. I rarely submit a review, but I am so impressed with the product, and especially with the support of customer service. I have never experienced customer service this speedily. Be aware there's still about an inch of water left in the bottom of the upper unit. The bottom of the filter sticks up that high. **Q: What is the water filter’s height? Is it suitable for use in the kitchen?** A: Approx 20” high for the filter unit and with stand approx 26”.
