A: Same company is the suplier, just a differnt lable...look at the supplier name.

A: Mine didn’t come with a spray.  Just the bottle or “refill”.

Works great. Have been using for many years now. Test the clothes with a UV light give them a good soaking let it dry and retest, you will notice a big difference.
