The quality of the product does not justify the high price as the polystyrene case looks home made. The ice cubes pop out of the black case whilst in the freezer and the polystyrene case sticks to the freezer. Its impossible to get the ice cubes out of the black case out without running under luke warm water. The ice cubes are clear but not worth the hassle.

A few tips - do not force the cubes out, let everything out for a few minutes to loosen up. - some cubes will double in size, its normal, you just get a massive cube with each batch - the insulating material must not be manhandled, its not indestructible - dont store cubes for a ling time, they look best when fresh. Overall, it's a great little gadget that is sure to impress guests.

**Q: I had one cube in the middle that rose to about 4 inches and two that didn't completely freeze any suggestions**
A: I have also experienced one cube rising higher than the others.  Don't have a clue as to the reason.  I have not had an issue with some not freezing completely, however.

**Q: what size are the finished ice cubes**
A: 2” x 2”

**Q: Can you use this for other liquids than just water?**
A: I don't see why not. BUT, there will a lot of waste. I would say roughly 3/4 of the volume is discarded after you separate the ice mold.

**Q: I tore the black silicone tray. Can I order a replacement? Thanks!**

Made perfect clear ice cubes on the first try. Love it! I learned that the ice cubes tend to crack when you pour liquid on them. This is easily solved by letting the ice cubes temper, or sit for about five minutes before using them.
