You have about 2 years for this cheese if vacuum sealed. **Q: Why is this so much? I'd buy it for half the price.** A: Because it is five pounds and has to be shipped cold pack. I have no other recourse for getting it; I live in a food desert. I order five pounds at a time and freeze it.
