**Q: I did not received the purchase and I don't see how to complain about it**
A: go to your order and select track, then there should be a place to say you did not receive.

**Q: Do I put in in cold water with eggs to start, or add when water is boiling?  No instructions as to method to use**
A: Put one in when you load the eggs in the pot, So yes when cold water is in pot and you put on burner to start the boil of eggs. Hopes this helps.

**Q: Do you continue boiling or turn water off until it indicates done?**
A: U throw it in with the eggs and let it boil with them. It turns color in the boiling water. It works! I love mine.

**Q: Is it accurate ?**
A: Yes, it is accurate. But you must take it off the stove and pour water out and soak eggs in cold water to stop the cooking right away.
