I decided to order this remote to see if it would fix the issue before initiating a service call with an AC company. THANK GOODNESS, this remote worked, and our AC is back in operation again! It looks exactly like the factory remote (minus the logo) and it fit on the wall mount bracket we already had on the wall so we didn't need to install a new bracket.
