I washed it prior to use and the filling bunched up so I tried to pull the fill in order to distribute it more evenly... Well that didn't work and now I have an extra plump lumpy pillow which will make it's way to the dumpster. If you're buying it to sleep on... don't, it's too thick and can't see how anyone could possibly sleep comfortably with it.
