Review: Good Recovery product - Absolutely LOVE the Naked brand. No stevia, sugar alcohols or other junk. I read the reviews for this product and since I have had such great experiences with other Naked products I thought I'd try it. I went in hoping I would like the flavor. Some of the other reviews had me nervous but I really enjoy it. It has a nice tart and citric acid flavor, but isn't too tart. I don't taste the mushrooms at all. I agree with others that have said it doesn't dissolve completely in water but that isn't a big deal for me. I just add a little more water to my cup, give it another stir, and down whatever is left in the bottom, which honestly usually isn't much. I drink it before bed because I noticed it does help me relax, especially after working out which I do in the evenings. My only real complaint about this stuff is that it doesn't come in a bigger size.

**Q: Is this caffeine free?**
A: Yes it is caffeine free, however if you are sensitive to energy enhancers then I would recommend doing some research on how mushrooms can affect your energy. I personally am sensitive to caffeine and other forms of energy supplements; this recovery mix does give me a little boost of energy and mental clarity, however I don’t get the highs and lows like from caffeine. However my husband’s energy is not affected by it at all and can go to sleep after having some.
