Purchased it and fits our Flip 5 perfectly. If your Flip 4 is shorter in length than the 5, it won't fit. Hope this helps. **Q: Will it fit a Flip 6?** A: Sorry, not familiar with the dimensions for the Flip 6? **Q: Will my jbl flip5 stilo fit in the case it comes with if i have this on?** A: I can't defintively say yes or no, however I was looking at JBL cases before I purchased this and it did seem as though the cases were extremely close fitting to the JBL Speaker itself. I think the problem would be the "end caps" would protrude too much for it to fit inside of a case.
