I even tried it on the fine hair on my big toe and I tried it many different ways and directions and this does not work at all. Then I tried it on my face after watching a you tube video on it because the instructions are in japanese --just rolling it and it works-really works. Hurts like a mother on the upper lip but all the hair is g-o-n-e. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A fun tool to keep around if you have peach fuzz, but not as effective *by A***A on February 23, 2017* I am so torn about this product. On one hand, it arrived earlier than expected straight from Japan; I expected a month long wait, but it arrived promptly in two weeks. I love the concept of this product, but I found that it is not as effective on hairs that are either thick or short. When you roll it over your face, you need to squeeze down the two sides (either at the top of the pink handle, or the two pink nubs on either side of the coil), press down against your skin with a decent amount of force, and roll it in the opposite direction of your hair growth, which can make for some awkward hand positioning when you are trying to shape your brows. My guess is that this tool would be most effective for people with longish peach fuzz? I can imagine the act of mindlessly rolling this Face Ep Roller on your cheeks over and over (as it takes many repeated rolls over the same area to get some of the fuzz off) to be kind of therapeutic. Even then, I am uncertain if my hairs are getting yanked out at the root or if this roller is just breaking the hairs off. In terms of pain, I would describe this as a light sting? Similar to the pain of threading. I will probably just return to waxing/threading for my brows and my upper lip, but this is a fun little tool to keep around if I ever want to get rid of some peach fuzz. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Epilator and face massage all in one! *by K***A on June 8, 2015* This really does a good job at removing facial hair. It also gave my face a good massage and my friend commented on how fresh my skin looked.
