The M626 VGS Vortex Bar Rubber is a 400mm strip sold individually and designed to reduce wind noise as well as giving your roof racks additional padding and styling. Available in 400mm lengths the strips are sold individually. This revolutionary VGS rubber strip is designed to fit into the top of the Rhino-Rack Vortex bar as well as all existing Rhino-Rack Aero bars.

These are designed for the Rhino-Rack Vortex crossbar that has a 10mm or 1cm opening at the top channel.

These Buffer Strips are factory replacements for the strips included with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars. We have no data on using them for any other manufactures Crossbars. sorry for this inconvenience.

**Q: Will these fit Rhino Rack Euro 2500?**
A: Hello, No, these will not fit on the Euro bars. The Euro bars do not have a C Channel on top so they do not come with any rubber stripping.

**Q: How many come in the pack for $14.55?  Surely not just one strip, they are on e-trailer for like $3 each, is this one a pack of 4 or 5?**

Are you a smurf? Is your car appoximately 1' wide? Well this is the product for you! All kidding aside, this product is meant to help reduce wind noise and is to be installed on top of ferrings/ wind screens, which are the plastic shields that are often installed in front of roof-top racks. (You know - those Thule's or Yakima brand bars that you see on top of most of the cars in an REI parking lot.) As I'm sure most of you have noticed, most cars have a roof width in the vicinity of 40" give or take a few inches, which means the wind screens are the same size, which means a product such as this should be of the same size. Contrary to that logic, the product listed here came in the mail, in a padded, letter-sized envelope. It was delivered in my mail box, and was folded into a U-shape. It is no longer than 14" long x 1" wide x 1/2" thick. And, the icing on the cake? MSRP is $6. Save yourself the trouble, move on and don't be had like we were.
