I absolutely love the faucet, the look of it and the light was what made me order it. I emailed the company a month ago to see if they would replace, like they did for the customer within these reviews. Ibelieve she said they sent her 2 replacements. However, I have not received a reply back. I just sent a follow up email. As of now, I do not recommend if the light feature is going to stop working within a year. I still update this review of the company replies with a resolution.Update: 14May2026 The company replied back to my follow up email and offered to send me two replacement LED lights free of charge. Happy that they were able to rectify the issue. They said it can take up to 10-15 business days as it's coming from China. I still love the look of the faucet. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service! *by on Reviewed in the United States 18 June 2024* We love the faucet. I didn't originally care if I had the light but after getting used to it we love it. Our kitchen is at the furthest point away from our hot water heater so it takes a very long time for the water to get hot. Having a visual light that tells you as it gets hot is actually very useful. But even better is the customer service. After 6 months, the light stopped working. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent our a replacement part to fix the light free of charge. No questions asked. Arrived in just a few days. ## Frequently Bought Together - GIMILI Black and Gold Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer LED Kitchen Sink Faucet - OWOFAN Hole Cover Deck Plate Escutcheon for Bathroom or Kitchen Sink Faucet Single Hole Mixer Tap, 10 Inch Stainless Steel Black WF-4102R - Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser GAPPO Countertop Pump Hand Lotion Built in Bottle Upgrade Stainless Steel Screw --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/390717859-gimili-black-gold-kitchen-faucet-with-pull-down-sprayer-single](https://www.desertcart.at/products/390717859-gimili-black-gold-kitchen-faucet-with-pull-down-sprayer-single) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
