I ordered it in the winter to make sure it didn’t spoil on its journey here. It came packed in an insulated container with two ice packs. They were thawed but still cold and the scrapple was cold. The scrapple has an expiration date of March 18 so it was really fresh and gives me two months to eat it without having to freeze it. Frozen scrapple just isn’t the same and falls apart in the pan. We’ve already eaten 3 packs and it was delicious.
