I after one to go in the shower cubicle** A: To be honest, I do not know as 1 keep mine in the kitchen. Having said that, the recharging port does have a rubber cover which is quite tight, so I suppose it depends on how wet you would get it. **Q: Can this be used to dispense hand lotion?** A: I don't see why not. I use carex hand soap in mine without a problem, and that stuff is quite thick! The only real issue I have is when the weather is cold, I have to thin the soap down by about 5%, but I do have the dispenser on a window sill in my kitchen. But, after that it is all plain sailing. Just fill the jar with the liquid soap and press the top button until you get the first blip of the light. Pass your hand under the nozzle a few times at first to get a clear flow, and that is it. I am told that there are adjustable settings for quantity delivered on each pass, but I find that the first one works best anyway. The idea is to continue to hold the on button until the next light blip if you want the next level up, and so on.
