They are hulahoops so even adults use them. I had these at a summer camp with kids ages 5-10 and they were well used. **Q: Can you use more or less segments to create smaller and larger hoops? Looking to craft rather than play with these!** A: Not really; the segments are rigid enough to maintain their shape during regular hula-hooping (and anything else a Field Day event full of youngsters can throw at them!
