The one thing I would say is that it is syrupy and I would not just pump it directly into the tank of my waterpik. I keep a container on the container and mix it in that so I can shake it up well and then I put it in the waterpik tank. My dentist recommended using warm water but since I usually use filtered water I wasn't doing that.
