The clean-up is with mineral spirits. **Q: do you have to pre sand table before applying stain** A: All projects should be finish sanded with 220 grit or higher sand paper before applying stain or a finish coat with stain included in it. **Q: is Varathane comes 2 in case** A: No **Q: Can I use this in butcher block counter tops?** A: I would but the countertop would not be suitable for cutting things. Make sure you stir it before use to prevent spots from not matching gloss wise. It is also humid right now and this wall is in a room with out ac so it took a little longer to dry but that is the humidity not the product.
