For additional whitening, I use the Crest whitening strips. **Q: Can this pack be separated individually?** A: They are wrapped together. You can’t buy just 1 pack. **Q: Does this whiten better than the Crest 3-D stain eraser?** A: Not sure as I have not used the Crest 3-D eraser, but it definitely whitens my teeth.
