A: Dear customer kindly notice that it contact extract of bilberry, lutien, and carotenoids which contribute of normal vision functions

A: Yes sir it can be taken by 12 years old. Daily dose is one tablet per day after meal. If the child is not healthy or under weight you can reduce the daily dose to half.

After receiving a negative diagnosis with liver issues amongst others, I decided to give these a try. My results improved, and also they've helped me with going to the toilet daily instead of every 3 or 4 days. I don't like the fact that if I put them in my pill case, they split over time, but I guess leaving them in the casing is no biggy. I find them easy to swallow with a bit of toast or a pancake for example. They're good value for money and time will tell the overall effect for helping me remove the fat from my liver.
