Review: UPDATE: Customer Service is SUPERB! It's a great fan...when it runs. - I installed this fan on my 8x8 chicken coop, it instantly lowered the coop temperature and kept the air moving. I'm in Florida and it's important to keep the coop as cool as possible. Straight out of the box, it runs...and it's easy to install. One downfall is that it stops when there's cloud cover or no direct sun...but I knew that going into it, as it doesn't have a battery to store energy. My fan worked great for almost six months, then it just quit. The connections are secure and the solar panel is clean. I'm waiting to see if SoulVolve honors their 3-year warranty. If they do, I'll update my review and raise my rating to 5 stars. It really is a good fan...as long as you can get more than six months out of it. UPDATE 3.9.2023: SoulVolve responded to the warranty issue right away. They sent a replacement fan without delay...easy peasy. This company is one of the easiest to work with...they were receptive and honored the warranty. Also, they said they were working on developing a solar-powered fan with an internal battery later this year...to help the fan work in cloudy weather or after the sun goes down. I'll order one as soon as it hits the market. I'm a customer for life...they have a great product and are responsive to their customers, what more could one ask for?

A: We generally recommend 200 cubic feet of space. If the height of your shed is less than 5 feet, it is recommended to use this exhaust fan.

A: Hello, the solar panel itself does not contain batteries. You can understand that a solar panel is a generator. It can't generate electricity without the sun. It doesn't have the function of storing electricity. The design principle of this product is that the temperature is higher when there is sun, so as to generate electricity and make the fan work. I hope this answer can help you.

**Q: My room is 14'x8' and 10' high, is it too big for this solar fan? is there a larger one?**
A: Ventilation effect is generally related to room size and specific use. Your room is 1100 cubic feet. If you use this product, you need at least 2, preferably 4, which will achieve a better ventilation effect. Sorry, we are still in the design stage for a larger fan, and the specific launch time is uncertain.

**Q: Is this fan reversible? Can the air blow and suck air?**
