**Q: What is the differance between the .9477cc and the 9419s ?**
A: Apart from the color, our Series 9 Pro 9477cc comes with a travel PowerCase, 1 cleaning cartridge, and 1 clean and charge station. Our Series 9 Pro 9419s comes with a fabric travel case, charging stand, and it does not come with any cleaning cartridges as there's no station. - The Braun Team

**Q: Is it with universal voltage support?**
A: Our Braun shavers come with the Braun SmartPlug, which is a plug that automatically adapts to the voltage of electrical outlets in virtually any country around the world (100-240V).

**Q: What's the real photo of the product? There one that displays a number below the button and another one that displays four lines...**
A: I was confused by this also but it appears from the 9477cc instruction manual that the battery bars are your normal indicator of battery charge level.  The large numbers show up when your battery is almost dead and acts like a countdown timer in minutes.  So, you'll see a "9" then it will countdown until the battery is completely dead.  That's my current interpretation.

**Q: Which cleaning station is compatible with this model?**
A: It appears the person that gave the first answer isn't knowledgeable enough about this model and there is indeed a cleaning station that will work with model 9419s and it's right here:
