When products are ordered using Jockey's U.S. Web site, the "ship to" and credit card "billing" address must both be within one of the 50 states of the USA.  I have known of a few consumers in your situation who have had friends or family in the United States place the order for them using their credit cards (which of course had an American billing address).  After the shipment arrived at their homes in the US, they shipped them overseas to the end user.
