A: The non-stick coating of our products achieves a good food release even without brushing with oil. Of course, if you want to get a better non-stick effect, you can also try brushing with a little oil before use.

**Q: Do they rust in the dishwasher?**
A: I’ve put them in the dishwasher multiple times. They have not rusted.

**Q: Does the pattern on the bottom of the pan leave a pattern on the bottom of soft baked goods like pizza dough?**
A: If the the soft baked goods are not too heavy, there will be no pattern left. If you want the pattern , you can press the dough a few times before baking
And the pattern on the pan creates a small air circulation to promote better uniform heating.
