**Q: Does this product contain nuts or is it processed in a factory with nuts?**
A: It does not contain nuts, nor is there anything in the residue that is suggestive of the presence of nuts.  I don't know what happens in the factory.

**Q: How long are the sticks?**
A: They are pretty long, regular size not that short at all.

**Q: does this go on the ground?**
A: It depends on how clean the bottom of your cage is. It’s better to use a clip to attach it to one of the sides or hang it from the top. They’re birds, so this way is closer to natural for them, and helps them use their natural skills to hold and eat.

**Q: I received the product, and this time / this lot is absolute worthless, the rips are like empty. Can I get a refund?**
A: As long as the products wasn't open the plastic yet, or whatever you receive it, you can returned it back, just go to the Amazon setting and click returned or call Amazon.
